I learned through the hard way by losing quite a lot money (to me) by looking at rosy financial reports about 20 years ago, that company was one of the top 20 singapore most valuable brand. Sorry to disappoint, I do not have any insider info but i will share with you a piece of important info that i know. I look at the price, 2 months ago it was $3.x and now it is $1.6x, it tell me something. BW has already clarified that the Group does not directly conduct any sales transactions in China through online stores or social media, including Taobao. The Products are primarily distributed in China by Franchisees directly to consumers through BWL Lifestyle Centers in China. So, I believe to invest in this company, can't just read reports, need to go down and see, have a feel, try to hear how they introduce u the product(usually after skin analysis or health test), no hardselling, no immediate recruitment. The experience feels even better than going to those over the counter product

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Dividend is absolutely fine if the company is profitable and set aside  % of profit to reward the shareholders.  If the company is not profitable with high debt coupler with issuing bonds and still declare for dividend to award sharesholders.  This type of company likely to be unsustainable. It is only a matter of time goind to burst one day. The same applied to our water company, declaring dividend is also legit. What we are seriously lacking in sg equity market is CLASS action.
