Nothing can stop the sustainability of all the coal price In fact it' s all enivironment issues that causes the price so high. Looking at suppy & demand, post covid restriction n the ICI4 future index, coal price will remains high till 2023. Golden Energy will greatly rewarded. Taking into consideration that for the last 2-3 yrs GE had invested heavily into Met coal mines in Auz(Stanmore resources) n its starting to bear fruit. GE also invested into Ravenswood Gold - Queensland' s largest gold mine. With gold price being sustainable at around US$1750-1900 Gold (USD/t.oz), GE future(now& mid term) is v bright. Analysts will upgrade its target price. | ||||

If the coming winter is very cold more coal are needed to keep eg whole of China warm. India is facing coal shortage. Like gloves stocks coal will be out of fashioned defintely not in the near future. Can foresee surprises on the upside near term. Keep one' s trading horizon short just like those gloves counters which are now kaput, better cut lost on them and switch to coal counters to recover some losses there.

Ok....let' s compare coal only, GOLDEN doesn' t 100% own the coal mine, their coal is from a 62.5% own subsidary PT Golden Energy Mines. So 525m x 0.625 = 328m before other biz.

After consolidation 50 x to 1 i think years ago after suspension, it started off at 50 cents before drifting down to 10 cents last year.... before it went back up to 50 cents now.... Given the facts that the profits have quarippled , is it greedy to hope it hits $1 ? Like the Glove stocks miracle? | ||||

Both counters have Heaven on their side now with the energy crisis causing oil/fossil fuel prices zooming up. Suddenly coal is back in fashioned but not a sexy thing you want to keep long term. Demand outpace supply. Chartwise, it has to clear 0.52/0.525 (23/24 Feb 2017) convincingly to reach your 0.80+. Heaven is on its side until winter is over. | ||||

Bro , i saying their cash profits for Indo Coal.....not including their Aussie biz......from logic point of view...Geo Quota is 11.5m and Golden is 39.6m. Not wrong to think they will make at least 3x cash profits or more bah....unless their selling price deviate alot......... Also Golden production cost for 1H is at US$22.53 which is much lower than Geo cost at US$26.05. So the price for Golden is super cheap now if you compared to Geo.................

The price now is still too cheap as compared to Geo..... Its production Volume is 3x of Geo.... if Geo can make USD 175m cash profits in Q4... Golden can make USD525m cash profits or more!!!!! So if Geo is 42 cents now.... Golden should at least be 84 cents!! | ||||

Golden Energy subsidiary, Stanmore Resources listed in Aus stock Exchange also broke record high from abt A$0.70- 1.15. In fact according to tonnage production Golden Energy(39.6m) is 3 times more then Geo Energy(11.5m). So can u imagine the amount of cash generated during this time. look at the coal future price index u can see the prices for JAN to MARCH 2022 are above US$140 - which meant that the profit of the company will roll into the year 2022 |
