Still don't know if they have received approval from the Cambodian Government to commence extraction. Guess that will definitely make the stake much more valuable. So far, yet to see any analyst issuing report after the update post result announcement.

These are extracted from their " New business plan" section in the Q4 report. Nothing new here. For KRIS work out its cashflow from operation and CAPEX and then see how long those RCF, proceed from new issues can last. At what oil price can KRIS starts to have cashflow from operation > CAPEX. Any foreseeable production increase in the near future. Lastly, I hope they are done with their forward contract of oil sale because since last quater of 2015, they have been selling oil at 20%-30% below market price. This one can give an immediate boost if they can start selling at market rate. DYDD.

Anyone saw and read this? http://www.phnompenhpost.com/business/krisenergy-consider-selling-stake-block According to the Financial statment the non-current asset is worth 170million. Price action does not reflect that news. |

Personally I believe is counter is quite safe especially Keppel corp hold more tha 39% share but must keep more than a year to see result . |

Kris Energy (KrisEnergy) announced this week, the Group' s revenue, the Group' s revenue has increased more than doubled, but last year' s annual net loss is still expanding from the previous year' s 4160 US dollars (58.9 million Singapore dollars) net loss , The net loss widened to $ 233.3 million ($ 333.2 million) last year. The Group said the net loss was mainly due to the increase in cost, an impairment of $ 102 million in an asset in Thailand and a write-off of $ 77.9 million in exploration assets in Indonesia and Vietnam. The Group said in a statement this morning that the value of the Group' s exploration assets and oil and gas related projects is diminishing by the impact of low oil prices and that there is a need for impairment. |
