I told him to rent out the condo and stay with his parents, but he says he wants to live there. He is single. May God guide his path sia.... That one was an epic disaster for the share price. ​ Also, Ristaker kept arguing with him lol. That incident was funny, because Risktaker actually became more right than wrong in late 2023 I stopped following Victor after end of 2022, i realized it was beginning to feel like a cult (just like AMC and GME). I did see him post on Yahoo Finance on the Silvergate Capital (SI) forum, that was in Mid 2023, last post by him. SI is still a penny stock, may be trading on OTC now. From what i understand, Victor does not buy SG Stocks, he thinks its a laggard (and this is true to an extent because S& P500 is WIN). But some SG Stocks are safer and pays dividend, like our No.1 Bank in SG. But honestly the girl/lady would have to be comfortable accepting that they will be getting together with someone on a $800k loan with floating interest. That first line basically, points towards staying constant high for longer (no cut/no hike), especially when we take into consideration his two pre-set conditions have been met for the past 4 months    . And the last line is telling us to look at that same data, which will determine any cut(s) OR potential hike(s). Inflation isn' t falling, its only moving sideways or creeping upwards. Also, the U.S. Labor Market is " freaking Dragonball Z Level" strong.
