" Offer close 14th May, if cannot get 90% by then, at most they can extend closing date. They wont raise offer price anymore. Cash will be received within 7 working days of offer turning unconditional/valid receipt of offer acceptance from shareholder(whichever is later). Those who want to wait only get money later lor.
