They only talk during stimulated exercise. US army generals different. Their arm muscles is like the thighs of the skinny general desmond. Or we have the fat big bird of current SPH CEO Ng who specialize in shareholder destruction.

As to your question: How many high growth business have you seen run by paper army generals or scholars?   My answer is: NONE. But I have not explored the world enough to be able to say that this is true everywhere. Perhaps a retired army general of another armed force in, say, the USA, may just be able to bring out the best in this company SPH and make it a high growth company.
