x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Actually, the same house issue a downgrade of KepCorp which resulted in a sudden selldown over 2-3days... and then rebounded as well. We won' t know who are the buyers unles it is done from the very top, from my limited checks, almost all majority houses are in, from Instinet, JPM, MorganStanley, CIMB, CreditSuisse, CLSA, Nomura and at least a dozen more have trades here. Fact, is resistance is breached, more upside may be expected. Probably, many wannabe sellers have been caught by the massive drive down from mid-$2... and looking to reduce their " losses" This counter is not so cheap to be traded, but yet it seems rampant.
