The market has been talking about ways which Temasek / SCI will cut of SMM for quite some time. It is already brewing for months. All old time SMM holders are all wiped out while holders of SCI cheer. SMM is a drag to SCI. That' w why SCI must cut off SMM evetually in order to boost up its shareholder value
