Can you guarantee no illegal inflow of money from CE group to your account after completion of deal? 2. ) according to UOBKH, the bookvalue of CEI' s asset is about   USD275M as the new share price has already priced in 8% discount to Hankore' s book value of $76cts. Is this the increase in shareholder value you are talking about? Why are you paying higher and giving discount? 3) In the same Edge article, you mentioned that you will continue to stay vested as the future of CEW is going to be very bright. How will we know when your shareholding now will be reduced to 4% which does not require and filing to SGX? Will you increase   your holding to 5% or offer letter of guarantee that you will continue to stay vested for the next 3 to 4 years? otherwise dont talk crap when you have already sold   out the retailers for your own pocket. 4) In the same Edge article, you mentioned that the future will be bright and that we should not focus on the trees (valuation)..Can you share with us what forest are you talking about in financial sense in the next 1 to 3 years? In terms of revenue, profit, growth, dividends and all that mumbo jumbo..If you cant answer all these during the EGM , dont come and talk crap cause we will bring you down. The share price has been tanking since the recent high of $1.49, all these are your great handiwork. I will suggest that remove yourself from the management of the new CEW company cause you are a jinx and a slime ball.
