I agree...there is no more turning back after 20+ months of pandemic. CDG is super oversold with just some fear rumour. Infact if taken out of STI, it is better. It will not be controlled by some passive funds.

Transport company like Comfort got hit by the news of the new varaint, serious? The downhill of the company is already triggered by alternates such as Grab, etc or something else? The virus is just an add-on. Singapore govt is not going to halt all the existing VTLs especially Malaysia line. No mattter how many new variants are going to emerge, there is no more lockdown, circuit breaker by the MTF. Singapore needs foreign workers badly as well as spending power of tourists. Singapore MTF has already strategied that we are going to live with all viruses. Vaccines and boosters are the solutions in their eyes. As long as Singapore is able to achieve more than 95% rate, we can live with the virus. |

Agree Sad to say, I cannot buy too much due to limited cash in my pockets Those I get at 1.3x, I plan to sell around 1.5-1.55 1.4x around 1.6-1.65 1.5x around 1.7-1.75 1.6 around 1.8 I guess after all these buying, it is just a test of holding power hahaha. DYODD before jumping in

Suntec is into retail and exhibition other than office If lockdown is going to be enforced again with strict measurements just like how covid measurements were put in place initially a year ago I guess that kind of negative anticipation drove Suntec shares down a lot Other REITs which are not into covid hit sectors such as retail, exhibition and hospitality etc aren' t so much affected in comparison Just take Sabana (Industrial), Parkway (Healthcare) or even the newly listed Daiwa for example Not really very much affected, are they? Lol
