This is to say that when all the warrants are fully exercised, one would have paid : 1 mother share $0.125 (assuming bought at this price before ex) 2 mother shares $0.09 X 2,   converted from 2 free warrants 2 mother shares $0.12 X 2 , concerted from 2 free piggy-back warrants In total, one would have paid $0.545 ( $0.125+$0.18+$0.24) for 5 mother shares.The average per share is $0.109. Rowsley is forcing you, by giving you free warrants, to buy 5 shares instead of 1, at an average price of $0.109. The market float today is 4.738B shares (pls note it is B, not mil) When the warrants are fully exercised, Rowsley would have: 4.738B + 9.476B + 9.476B, a Scary & Whopping 23.69B shares. One can be very sure that it will not be $0.109 then. Need I say more?
