It can go to court and request for court protection. It will then be put under judicial management for a period of time which extendable.The court will appoint a Manager to run the Co. and try to turn it around. If the Co. cannot be saved the Appointed Manager will try to find buyers. If there are no buyers the appointed Manager will dispose the properties in an orderly manner. There will be no fire sale. There are plenty of precedents of such cases My opinion is that we should reject these proposals tabled as there are other better alternatives.
