x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	SATS unlikley to buy Worldwide Flight Services anyway - only early discussions - so if and when it states that it isnt buying the share SHOOTS back up Lol Even if it was to buy - highly UNLIIKELY to call for a rights issue - with Temasek owning over 40% will get loans on good terms without any dilution and Worldwide Flight Services assets will add to bottom line anyway. I predict no rights and no diliution if a deal and possibly no deal.

Paying too hefty a price demanded by PE seller is also another deadly mistake that many big deals ended up a huge flop. Reminds me of NOL acquisition of global shipping giant APL that did not end well for Singapore.

But now industry goes back to normal..these company can surive.. why would they wanna sell an profit earning company? Not like this WFS is one single person owns? unless they feel too competitive?
