x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I also think more offerors emerged is not surprising. Afterall, many knew the golf courses are very much under valued. Incidentally, I also have gone throught many takeovers. Saizen, Croesus, GLP, RHT, China Minzhong, AscendasHT etc. Currently, waiting for APPT and this one. Very lucky to make quite a lot from these takeovers.

I bought at 0.605 after the results and yest was the dividend. if takeover good. if not, just keep for good dividend. it' s starting to see turnaround, hopefully the legacy membership fees is going to purge soon. my last privatise was thomson medical. back then bought few hundred lots at $1. sold off $1.75 after slightly a month :)
