 Alert Admin 		If i had capital, i would queue partially at 0.096/097 first and dip.   
It might go to that level 2 - 0.089. We cannot tell now. Not out of the woods yet. 

So queue both: some at 0.096, and some at 0.089. if it moves up to 0.100 then can some more, remove the 0.089 queue partially.
By 0.105/6 then confirm uptrend, can put all.
