Then every month just to the following: -    keep topping up the asset with new TOTO and 4D ticket once they expires.  Go global as well so you can buy lottery from 50 other countries.  Explain this as your business plan and model.  Then your AFS will become $1billion.  -  pay yourself $1mill per year -  make " business" trip to each of these countries at regular interval on business class airlines and stay in 6* hotel and claim as expeneses. -  keep telling your shareholders that when time is ripe, will pay dividend. I think with the $100million fund from GErM, one can live pretty comfortably for the next 50 years.  Nothing illegal here right?

Need something that has longer expiry date .. say u buy penny stock like those 0.1 cents and then u ask ur friends from overseas pretending to be rich fund then go to the management of the board and talk about buying over the company for $100M. Imagine buying over a bankrupted company with assets all sold using $500k. So the loopholes are fully exploited

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	You have to admit, the Chairman is a very good salesman. IIRC he was from Nokia' s marketing. Bought a few lots to attend the AGM couple years back when it was trading in the high teens. When I first listen to him explain his business, I have to admit it' s a very interesting, " scalable" concept. But after I look at the numbers and the cash flow, the revolving door regarding top executives and auditors, I exited my position. Held the shares for a few months I think, lost on commision but took that back from the buffet table.
