Last AGM, company collated shareholder questions under broad categories and answered them by way of an announcement to the SGX on the night (after trading hours) before the AGM.  I expect them to do the same for tomorrow' s AGM.  So, at the last AGM they went through the usual motion of re-appointing directors, confirming accounts etc without the usual Q& A session as they felt that they had already covered the relevant questions in the SGX announcement.  I expect the same thing to also happen this time.  Answering key questions ahead by way of an announcement will also save time during the AGM.  So, look out for the SGX announcement tonight.  They may change their game plan though.  Cheers & huat to all!!
