Yalor, don' t anyhow create fear . SGX cannot anyhow delist company..esply since it is making profits now. But on the other hand, since price is so cheap, this co can be privatised .

The company has managed to turnaround for profits. With this, it should be out of SGX watch list , right?
Below article dd Jan 16.....,
Cacola is currently on the Singapore Exchange' s watch-list for failing to meet profitability and market capitalisation thresholds. The company must raise either or both of its earnings and market capitalisation by March, or face potential delisting. In December, Cacola said that it had taken a S$1 million five-year, 6 per cent convertible loan from Chinese businessman Ge Jian Ming to fund acquisitions.

If u compared 9M result to FY result, u'd be surprised to see how badly their business was doing in 4Q. $13m vs $9m RMB profit. NAV nearly half. | ||||

Better dont lure ppl into this trap..
It could be delisted by march 2017...now already february.. Its under "watchlist": Company has been granted a 12-month extension from 4 March 2016 to meet requirements to exit from the Watch-List (Financial Crieria) as set out in Listing Rule 1314. |
