x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	USD64m is amount owe to Alaskan Govt. Supposed to start repayment from 2019 to 2026. Exact start date not sure. If presume quarterly repayment of 3.1m from 1 Oct 19, means 26 instalment of 3.1m each. Added up is 80.6m. This will implied above 25% interest. So, it' s unlikely to be this loan that they defaulted.
