The buyer would have to be given discount to slowly sell them separately. If it is so easy to sell them , OCBC/UE would have sold them long ago.  That brings us back to question of OCBC rigid thinking, forever thinking they holding on to trump card. They should realise that other cities in the world are getting more exciting than Sing. There is nothing much exciting I can see in the horizon. In short if the price is OK, best to do the deal before the next downturn comes and UE back to below $2.................DYOHW

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If its 3.45 per share, dont tell me none willing to offer at this amount? Or they not capable to? I dont think the bidders cant give 3.45. Perhaps OCBC asking more otherwise if already hit 3.45, probably will be announced already. Unless the offers come in low. Shocking. If price per share is 3.45, UEL would be sold at 2.199 bil. Meaning 219 mil above 1.98 bil? Will ocbc settle for 219 mil difference?

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I doubt will be above $3.80 per share. I believe the price per share would be based on the market cap of UEL as of end march 2017. That was about $1.98 bil over approximate 637,508,148 shares. So per share about $3.10 that time. The bidders probably bid above the $3.10 per share. I doubt they will keep changing their bid if the price fluctuates. Otherwise it might never be acquired if every time price changes, their bid changes?
