Need another 140+ million shares to also vote no. (No of shares eligible to vote should number between 575 and 594 million. Need 75% to approve)  Going by Moya Asia' s delisting time frame, it takes them about 6 weeks, after announcement of offer,  to announce the EGM date to be held one mth later. Looks like EGM may be held in early to mid Jan 2023. Any idea whether Golden can speed it up

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If they only wanna disburse the GEMS shares or cash in Apr 2023, at the long stop date ... then Widjaja family must be most smelly.  By then, the final dividend of GEMS shares for FY22 could have been paid out.  Taking the 77.49% of GEAR shares belonging to the Widjajas, will leave us slightly less than 600 million shares eligible for voting. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	There is a firm exit cash offer of $0.84.6 from the largest shareowners right? Don' t understand why GEAR is trading at $0.77- $0.775?????????????? Unless the offer is not firmed and still can be lowered.(shjould be higher given the current sum of parts valuation) Is that the case? I am baffled? Besides the off used speculation of BBs collecting, owners pressing down the price toi collect more, etc,  anyone guru here can give plausible reason(s)?
