The existing CEO and team are just scammers and did not bring any gains for its shareholders.  Loan $ issue shares etc. but nothing concrete done.  The team from Mission Well who are from Asset Management company may not have the edaqute knowledge of QT' s businesses and operations, wonder how woulld you trust such a team to takeover the management?    I used to be holding 26million shares with average 0.007/share and had since sold all with small gains. Totally useless and waste of time being a bagger for years.  With the funds recovered, I have deployed to other investments and already making sound profits after 1.5years.  Good luck to all baggers then!

This will also enable the new team to take over the roles of these existing non-performing management.  Possible scenario,  the new team may renegotiate with Dental Asia for a better deal to match the current value of acquisition with reference to similar nature of business.  The new team may re-look into the Sale proceed of Chocolate Heats of some US 64.2 million as it was reported the company only received some US10 million as todate. The new team may have some new business plan/proposal in hand which we do not know , otherwise,  why Well Mission wants to spend millions to buy up  the shares in open market.  Let' s see how market reacts to this move.
