Hey Bro, even if div is not up to your expectations (but I think it will be good), there are many reasons you should hold on to the stock. Keep it for a few years and you' ll laugh all the way to the bank .

I sold 800 at 75c and made a nice profit but today it closed at $1.05. I don' t even want to look at it anymore out of frustration. Nonetheless, I have learned to trust my buying instinct and hold on to my other stocks as long as I know that management has not changed and are successfully growing their businesses. Hence I won' t be selling Nordic, Isoteam and LHN in a hurry. I may pare down my holdings by 20% to 30% when they have gone up substantially to lower my average cost, but for the rest, I will let the profit run. I am very confident that barring any blackswan event, they will all do very well.

Your list of companies are practically the same as mine! Unforunately I divested 800 and Isoteam. Kicking myself when LHN slumped to midteens and I didn' t buy it. Nordic just ticked all boxes for me. 5 years of steady increase in NPAT, ROI, ROE. dividends, FCF but still trading at a PE of less than 10. management holds nearly 70% and hasn' t sold any shares and is constantly looking ways at ways to increase EPS. Even at this price, dividend is nearly 4%. Very transparent company. Wrote in a few times and within a day or two, the boss will reply personally. Free float around 20% so just if there is any positive developments, you can imagine how fast it will move. Happy to be collecting dividends while waiting for this gem to realise its full value. |

All investors who bought Nordic before the recent run up in price will be richly rewarded as I believe it still has a long way to go. When a coy has a strong management team to stear it' s business irregardless of the strength of the sector, one can be confident to reap the rewards if one is patient and is willing to stay invested. Besides Nordic, there are actually quite a few well managed coy in the sgx. I particularly like Isoteam, LHN, Dutech, China Sunsine and 800 Super among others. The last three have gone up a lot in value recently but I strongly believe Isoteam and LHN will also be highly profitable investments for me. |

I chased from 11 cents till 20 cents or there about. Now average price 19.6 cents. Should have bought more early! But it's ok, as long as the price maintain or even appreciate with regular dividend (40% payout policy) I won't be selling.

Regular update whenever new contracts won. Cannot say it's fishy lah. If keep announcing contracts won but no dividend then maybe fishy lah but it's not the case. I only keeping an eye on its debt now. I think its ability to generate cash flow is not in doubt. If debt goes now and dividend keep up, then it suit my investment thesis and I will keep vested.
