This royalty excludes MRO services performed by Airline on their own planes. Thus, it makes absolute sense for SIA to takeover SIAEC before 2020 so as to avoid paying additional royalties on SIA' s Airbus aircraft serviced by SIAEC. It benefits both SIA and SIAEC considering SIAEC business mainly comes from SIA.
