No, you don' t follow the logic.  If price goes down and you sell, you lose.    The seller of the shares wins if price goes up after he buys, he loses if price goes down.  At the end, someone emerges the winner.  There is always a winner and a loser, mixed among several thousands of buyers and sellers.

Its just a matter of speech.  But, if you are very wealthy and asset rich, then you would be very happy when stock and property markets zoom up I presume, which doesn' t appear to be the case.  IF you are maxed out and full of cash, then that wouldn' t be very wise in a rapidly rising inflationary environment.

 Alert Admin 		It only comes in when you deceive others.  If you think different from others, it' s perfectly fine.  To me, ethics has never been an issue as I never try to deceive others.    To be deceived just means you are not clever enough to double check, or you let your emotions get the better of you.
I' m happy to hear opposing views, my own views come from my own assessment, but it' s not nice to say nonsense when someone says something different from you.  It' s just a reflection of your character, that' s all.

From my scan - So many Analysts and houses calling for STI to hit 3700-3800pts range by end 2018. They also say Brown Dog year will be good for prosperity and wealth. That?s like over 10% from current - excluding dividend even. Looks like there are many vested interests in this occurrence. Seems like self-fulfilling prophecy. Views??
