This time blame no invinsible hand or operator or bb. SGX holds the power  and exercise it.  I wonder if this is the best practice  SGX should do? Or has or did SGX discuss with Ezion and Ocean Sky to make amendments to the take over offer? Nobody knows. Shareholders are the ones kena. With this offer lapse, will Ezion launch another  RTO or buy over or a hostile take over according to SGX rules/guidelines on Ocean Sky?
