x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Ok....breaks the previous low of $19.84.  Not a good sign.  Also it is exhibiting the " lower high lower low"   pattern on a daily chart which is still a bearish trend.  Looks like the reversal sign is slowing turning into the contiunation trend. Yet within this range, they can still mov eprice ocmfortably to kill day, swing, 4-hr, 1-hr, 5-min, 1-min traders especially those on margin and contra. The Company should consider these actions: - increase dividend payout.  best to be a % of earning.  If company no comfortable with % of earning at least on bumperyear a decent spec div to tell  market they meant businesses. - quarterly dividend instead of annualy.  can help to support price. - bonus issue.  good time to do so?
