x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	For discussion purposes on the below condition for RTO. ?Completion of the Disposal The Company shall dispose all its existing assets and liabilities in the manner agreed between the Vendor and the Company and consistent with existing contractual obligations of the Purchaser Group (including but not limited to their obligations vis-à-vis G Vascular Private Limited, Medtronic, Inc. and Teleflex Inc.) so as to avail itself as a shell company for purpose of the Proposed Acquisition ("Disposal").? Recall that in 2018, QT Vascular had entered into a deal with Teleflex. The deal provides Teleflex with an option to purchase the drug coated coronary balloon catheter, known as Chocolate Heart, which is under development. The consideration for the Chocolate Heart deal was reportedly $65.6 million. Not sure how the Chocolate Heart deal will fit into the RTO process. Am sure more good things are coming....... We decided to take the risk and we should be patient in this..... Everyone is in this together..... Those who can't hold, please sell and avoid risk. It will be likely at a discounted price below the average price before the announcement. When the RTO is done, they still have to raise funds to start construction of plant and infrastructure. When will the first profit come in?  Just my opinion for your consideration. I maybe wrong anyway but lucky not chasing the price.
