Recall that in 2018, QT Vascular had entered into a deal with Teleflex. The deal provides Teleflex with an option to purchase the drug coated coronary balloon catheter, known as Chocolate Heart, which is under development. The consideration for the Chocolate Heart deal was reportedly $65.6 million. Not sure how the Chocolate Heart deal will fit into the RTO process
