Very simple.
Ask that research company make an unconditional cash buy out offer of $0.35 per share. Since they say it is undervalued and worth $1.80 per share. Walk the talk. Not talk the talk. For me personally, i have never bought anything from yuuzoo yet and didnt play any games too. (But i bought from taobao and tmall a lot a lot) Oops. I must confess also i visit yuuzoo . Com less than 5 times over these years and the reason i went there is to see their website setup what they are about what they selling. After that i only like to read yuuzoo forum many interesting posts and didnt buy a single lot of yuuzoo share.

Don' t doubt Yuuzoo. It is an up and coming online, advertising and gaming business. When good news, just buy and be prepared to hold if you want to buy. Set a cut loss point, e.g. 16.8 cents. If it falls below 17 cents, then you know the situationis no good, so your investment is out. If you hold, and able to hold a while longer, then you wait to see what are the profitable price you want to sell. This way you have an objective. Many stocks not too long ago annoucements news after news, every month even week maybe seems to have some news.... So char kway tiao....char ah ....char ah.... So we need to pause and ponder : What are these companies intentions ?

Asiason was around $2.50, Blumont was $2.85 and Liongold was around $1.85 ..... Yuuzoo now is only 0.175 if Yuuzoo reaches $1.00, then its time for you to warn everyone ! |

Yes, auditors don' t play a part in buidling a business or running it. They have no negativity or possitivity at all in any business. They just help shareholders to verify the accounts and confirm its authenticity. Their reputation is based on their credibility in the accounting and auditing business, their types of clienteles and how good they are in delivering the accounts or audits. They can play punk, no doubt, such as holding the company to " ransom" , when fees are not well paid, not punctually paid etc. They normally are only one sided coin, head or tail is the same. They can make good money if they are in the hire of a public company, and plenty of " god-given" money if they bend away from the norm. My thinking only, yours may be different. |

Yuuzoo disappoints. Normally deal news easily +10% to +20%. Now after Auditor diclaimer on their revenue model and recievables, really casted doubt on mgmt creditibility. Anyway mgmt needs to balance their tactics. Want to blow can but need to show as well. If they cannot find another reputatable auditor to endorse their model, they can consider delisting liao. Then they can take the UBer Snapchat path as Mr Z regretted not taking. Market turned bad again. Brace yourself! |

I think they can deliberately hold on to the news first even if they already got someone to accept the appointment. Seems that Singapore investors are very timid group of players. For sure they will have to have an auditor, that is by rule/law/regulation. Cannot run away one. Actually not necessary to wait or even paint any scenario about who is going to be the auditors. Auditors don' t really play a part in the business of a company.
