There are many items in the announcement. Some are non event and some are promising event. I focus on the substance, sales of shares. With that, it can unlock value and provide cash flow for working capital requirement. The Company mentioned twice in the announcement that they are focusing on the collaboration with stellar lifestyle. That?s why the are unlocking value for the projects with non promising return to make way for their focus. That?s my interpretation. Cheers. | ||||

Can someone elaborate how is the news positive? company in breach of convenant and has to make regular updates company has to forgo initial plan to construct the piece of land, reasons could be due to failure to meet financial obligations. from the dip in share price in recent 2 years, looks more like company in trouble and with this announcement, it confirms this is so.. see how investors interprets.... |
