A grounded ship is a damaged ship.It may result in the damage of the submerged part of the ship’s hull and in particularly the bottom structure. It can potentially leads to water ingress, which may at the end compromise the ship's structural integrity, stability,total loss of the vessel(if breaks into two) and finally loss of lives. No sane BBs or investor would like to board such a ship if management cannot show the damages are in control.A damaged ship cannot enter a port without a letter of promise from vessel’s local P & I Club, a letter of undertaking fom vessel’s local agent and certificate of fitness from the Classification Society amongst other document.A grounded ship cannot float means cannot trade.Cannot trade means no revenue.

There isn't many short sellers today but neither are there many " bullish" buyers. Maybe everyone is more attracted to CNA, and there is not much buying interest for Vard despite a strong reversal " Morning Star" pattern. From the way I see it, I don't think Vard will remain bearish, but neither will it be bullish unless... Today's selldown is more of like contra players or short-term investors not willing to hold as they see " better deals" . Probably will be a sleepy stock and go sideways if not much action. Shall sleep together with the stock.. Have a great weekend guys!!

May be It goes to 78 cent and come back to 90 cent in one month. The company revenue was effecting due to brasil ship yard . Once ship yard completed uptrend soon. Now fund manager some selling may fund manager buying. Let see on monday uptrend or down trend

Strange. Its not in human nature to buy at this level. However at 1.80 people will chase. I think the downside risk is maybe another 10c. The risk is very much less at this level provided the company is still sound!
