Share market is forward looking, so if SCM got some contract to build a few FPSO, no need wait till complete and money come in, the mere contract itself will make sCM shot thru the roof, 20, 30 or 40 cts possible. I correct or not leh | ||||

Takes 2.5-3 yrs to build FPSO if do conversion from old oil tanker also takes 1yr plus the trials and commissioning 2-4 yrs to be ready by 2025 oil price back to $40 then cold stack warm stack stack here and there and then Rights issue so best thing is buy now wait to sell 16-20c and Be Done with it | ||||

Its not BB selling, it could be minority holders that subscribed at 0.08 selling at 0.002 profit. Example the 10 million sell could be a $20,000 profit taking. Ignore the seller, do you really think the guy who just bought 10 million at 0.082 bought it to lose some money? He will hold his ground till he makes money. Every buy adds more strength to the price

Unlike the bearisg view and anticipation for a drop towards or below 8 cents after MO exprire I believe it wont impact prices if trading volumes pick up on the counter. THe likelihood of anyone accepting the MO is almost zero, everyday the counter trades above the 8 cents barrier. We know its kind of unlikely for people who subcribed at 8 cents to accept an offer for 8 cents, its even more unlikely for people that are buying now at 0.082 and higher to accept .08. And its foolish to assume they will dump their shares solely because the MO, which is not the reason for their purchase in the first place is expired. Every price we conquer from here is effectively weak handa at that price level cleared and a new buyer with higher price target taking their place. so the expiry of the MO would have no bearing on the share price. The 30 days we have till its expiry of the 0.08 cents merely acts as a titanic support. And a limited risk buying opportunity. By the 18th of October, Personally, I expect SCM to be trading above its 50 Day Moving average. And once that line is broken for technical buyers to come in, that level would also see short covering. So personally I will keep my eye on the 50 day moving average |

This SCM clearly is well manipulated and YES, there is a script clearly written but unknown to most. Remembered when TH and DBS peg the right at 8cts, many question and ask why not 15cts etc when the share is last traded at 19.8cts or somewhere there. Now is clear and the ans is shown, they oredy knew there would be a GMO after the right and if they offer at 15cts, the GMO would be 15cts or more and many including me would take up the GMO and TH would be left with all the share !! Thats not what the wanted, so the 8cts offer which I think nobody would take up lor...unless for some unknown reason someone sell to them !! Moving forward,and after the 8cts drama, I think this counter will move north, should be in their plan lar, but of course guessing lar, we din get to read the script lor...so could be worth to take the risk but dyodd hor |
