( 2 yrs) ....and get back to profitability . AND if any rig come alone ...it certainly wld be a bonus.  So base on just pt 4 ....SM can go back above 20c w wins in good wind and solar energy projects ....and then /2 or 3 yrs ....merger wld then b no issue for them.
