To Dodoma and all, Refer to cycl818 article. EGM has been called to approve Yaoo Group subscription of 23,008,044,936 new share at 0.1cents. Current value of LionGold shares is about 2cents based on gold price of AUD2200. After the subscription, the value will drop to 0.6 cents. I will vote No to Yaoo Group subscription. Anyone joining me? They should increase their offer price to at least 0.5 cents in line with Gold price increase.

Value capital is left with 1b shares - worth $1m. When a company is profitable, there are many things they can do to make share price rise. At current Gold price of AUD2250/Oz, LG will be able to pay off all debts in 12 months. They can do share buy back. Question is whether this management is like InnoPac previous CEO - bleed the company till it is dead. Invest in all sorts of crap. Lend and make deals that writes off millions. Let me know, I have ideas.

Value Capital converted LG loan to shares at 0.085 cents.They made 17% by selling at 0.1 cents. They still have 1.45b shares left after the past 2 days selling. Once those 1.45b shares has been dumped, no one else will profit from dumping LG shares at 0.1 cents.
