x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I dont think its about Republican vs Democrats - Obama allowed massive investment in Shale that caused the collapse with cheap financing exercabating the situation. It is more that the market / investors is not putting their money behind carbon intensive industries. Even if shale or even Canadian oil sands choose to employ carbon capture to decarbonise, it would make their cost so much higher and imply higher oil price to justify.
