I mentioned some days back that price will push up towards 40c when results out. Whether can go beyond 40c will depend on how generous the dividend. Taiga CAD 27.64 cents dividend seems huge but actually Avarga will get approx 22 - 23m only. (based on Avarga' s holding over total number of Taiga' s shares). So, even if Tong decided to give out the max of 50%, it will only be about 1.2c. Of course this is excluding profit from Paper & Power businesses. This means the max we can look forward to is around 2c, which IMHO is very good already. Not forgetting the 2 interim payouts totalling 0.72c. I really hope I' m wrong in my calculation and we will get more than 2c. I' m expecting another push when concrete news on lPO of Paper Business is announced. We may than see 50c. 60c will be the wildest dream. |
