singpost mall, is quite a success for such a quite open. see many common name restaurants and quite well patronised, some even have q outside. the mall is connected to paya lebar mrt. the 14 story office space also seems quite well filled up with company names. looks like going to be like westgate mall later. |

singpost may have hit bottom. as long as those oging broke sell complete. and their ceo can fixed the flow. sph still got chance once they can look beyond the small singapore market. internet and mobile apps brings about changed. 1.changed from paper base/physical transactions to network/web/apps 2.market boundaries changed. before is a protected small pond. now is disappearing boundary but a bigger market. like the world is your oyster egg. if you no eat people oyster egg. people will eat yours. disrupted industries. a. news / advert base b. physical media to now no media. like music, cinema, software, financial transactions, retail , c. change the way people interact, from coffeeshop to forum, social media, d. booking from physical tickets, performance, airlines, cab, bus to apps. the delivery is still physical. but the new comer are burning money to change the status quo. etc there are risks that is not respected yet. but the changed is causing the old style business money. risk like, what if you lost your phone. most phone has no virus/ security protection. consumer jsut see the convenient and not to loose out but did not seeif one day their account may have missing money. small amount that is too troublesome to get back. and if one day things are mostly via mobile and the network has a black out!!!. what if a war break out. somethings are still better to have some physical. ove zealous can push one into... not saying no move, just be caution. only by knowing the downside, take measure then can use te benefits. |

ya this is ecommerce co. but asian values is old style. see ali baba. after shift from hkex to dasdaq,got a big jump. now one see tencent start to be appreciated on hkex. sgx still got a distance to go. else the many ecommerce startup will not have got by sph at low price and put one side to stale. $17m @ 60% will meant almost 0.5c dividend. |
