If you had infact logged on to yuuzoo.com you would have seen a welcoming page with :  Shop till you drop Play to pay  Let' s mingle     If you click on " Shop till you drop" you are presented with a catalogue of goods that you can purcahse. It all seems pretty straight forward to me. The market where a company shares are listed is more important than the company that you want to build.   Singapore is not in good grade when we talk about investing our money in the shares.   Only few companies amongst the thousands can return your capital and the rest are eating it up, absolutely no return. He can hold these shares for the next 6mths and if they go up happy days.
