Higher Valuations. And if Prologis performs well, they will chase for NYSE-LISTED GLP too. American Culture. I like. P.S. : what if you guessed things correctly ? BBs will suspect you have "prviledged information" Fact is : i just googled : ) and think and deduce : ))

GLP can become the next Prologis, and not confined to US alone. New markets in Europe and UK are being looked into now. Even an average betweeen 0.92 and 1.93 is about 1.4x P/B or $3.7. DYODD.
