If u looking at interest hike n economy data . U should look at banks n blue chip. This type of pump n dump stock don't apply this. The place is more like a casino stock no rules just pump or dump dump

I believe there are doubters (shortlists) about their sky screen and SMRT' s collaborations in Singapore. As a blue chip and prominent company, SMRT will look silly if they do not do their own due diligence and THE PLACE has a definitive agreement in place. With 2 property projects in SIngapore that are due to be launched soon, Rebound wil be strong once more business updates are given.. pls do your own DD.. |

Anson house which is next to realty centre has a gross floor area of 8960sqm and was sold at 210m in 2019.
Realty Centre has a floor area of 14,861sqm and The Place Holding is only selling at 185m.
Even if the deal goes till 160m only, The Place Holding will be in profit as they purchase only at 148m.
