x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Don' t think that there is retailer interest in this counter. Those buy/sell transactions are probably by their own people to lure bystanders to speculate in a sinking ship. Few genuine retailers would even want to speculate to risk being trapped, as what had happened with Rowsley in the old days, in a slightly different scheme in Iskandar. Fundamentally, counter is way over priced, NAV at 0.014 but trading at 0.076 now.  Year after year, the counter is in the red, or almost. There is hardly any cash to patch the continuous leakage. Largest SSH has ard 89% or 23.2Billion of the 26.1B issued shares.  To transform a massive sinking property counter into a lucrative medical is a dream, that is too far fetched and imaginative, imo.  Where to get money to transform, where to get doctors to work in a country that is laden with a trillion RM debt? And how long to transform before a sinking property ship can be a lucrative floating hospital cruise?
