x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	Don get angry over cma comment not to raise offer, this indicated they used borrowed money 3.4b to finance the whole deal so if banks don increase their credit offer stay same. It is a transaction between temasek and cma , due to sgx takeover rule they had to make offer to all investors. But cma indicate strongly they wanna delist so just do nothing till temasek stake changed hand and as nol new owner they might make separate offer to delist since only need to top up 150-200 mil to get rest to sell, cake walk for them since big chunck of money is borrowed money lol

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	CMA really take minority investors for granted , I will hold all the way , worst case scenario is if CMA manage to obtain 90% , CDP will tranfer my shares to CMA and they will still pay me at a later date . I did   the same with Pacific Shipping Trust ( PST ) , I did not accept the offer and wait till CDP did the tranfer of share to offerer and they send me a cheque later . No difference to accept or not !

Cma would conme out with better once they grabbed temasek stake and owned like 80%, it cheaper to buy over remaining 20% with higher offer. It might happen again as seen in 2004 where temasek failure to delist send massive short covering by banks

Currently CMA holding only 10.64% so sgx rule on takeover don apply, only after cma 1.30 offer ended 28days then cma become biggest shareholder if they cannot get over 90% then cannot hold special shareholders meeting to force buy everyone with 1.30 offer.
