Just don' t look at it everyday. For me it goes in and out of my buying price (before dividends). So in the money one day and out next. One day it will move up. Currently most if not all Reits are on the corrections. I am quite sure after a few interest rate hikes, they will start to recover.

A good stock can be a bad buy. One doesn' t blindly buy. Must do homework. Reits as they are will need to raise fund when they want to expand afterall they return 90-95% of profits to the SH. They don' t have retained earnings. So where are they going to find the money if not from the SH? This is a characteristics of a reit. Nothing to do with a good or bad management. That' s not a criteria. The past 2 years have seen property prices on " fire" sales. That' s why reits have been raising money to acquire new properties not just CLCT. |

just gone thru the jpmorgan global china summit presentation. it painted a very progressive picture of the trust. example growth of asset under amangement from 0.7b at ipo to 4.9b in fy2021. also presented a picture of yield spread of 7.5% versus. sg govet bond of 2.5%. that presentation looks very credible. but any shareholdes who has invested when the share price was 160+ will surely tell a different picture if the share price is included as total return of the reit. basically it is very poorly managed with shareholder constantly having to pump money to new rights and the share price drop from 1.6 to current 1.12. so even with 7% return the damage to reits holders are subtantial. management should shake themselves and asked how to increase the total return to all reits holders. not just keep increasing asset under management which increased transasciton cost and management cost paid in terms of number of new reits issue. thus far only the seller of asset and manager are winners. reits holders are sucker. need a real agm to shake them a bit. |

no la. the frustrating thing about this stock is they keep raising capital. if not it will come down to this price. they should stop rasing capital and sell those non performing shopping center. the logistic and industrial park should grow it back to health in time. hoep to see my capital and more in a few years time. provided they don' t raise any more capital |

collected dividend for 3 years already , net net still loose money. another 13 years no know can get back my capital or not. my money my money, when will i see you again? |
