Strategically located near renowned institutions, all the dormitories are operating near full occupancy rates. OUR VIEW · We raised our FY14-16 profit forecasts by 3.8% to 14.1%. The UK dormitories are expected to contribute profit from 4Q14, as the acquisition will only be completed on 1 Sep 14. |

Yesterday, Centurion announced its maiden foray into the UK with the proposed acquisition of three student accommodation assets in Manchester and one in Liverpool, with a total of 1,906 beds, for SGD164.5m. This could be its largest acquisition to date. We like this proposed acquisition, which could boost FY15 revenue and earnings by 18% and 9% y-o-y respectively.
Maintain BUY, with a higher DCF-derived TP of SGD0.91 (out of below four research house)

Take profit from our previous technical BUY
Last price: S$0.735
The stock was featured as a technical BUY with an initial target of S$0.68, when it opened at S$0.615 on 4 Mar 14. We had technical updates for the stock on 12 & 27 Mar 14 with a revised target of S$0.75. The stock has since returned +19.5% on closing price, without hitting below the stops/trailing stops mentioned earlier.
Some profits could be taken off the table should the stock fail to close above S$0.80 or retrace below S$0.72 in the next few trading sessions, as its 14-day Stochastics indicator has formed a bearish crossover in the overbought region and could turn down.

key diff here similar company- agree, is whether got funds invested in n them n play up or not? company v good solid solid etc, is very good i agree, end day if u want it to move, got bb or funds involved to play up or not? key question one must ask buy n hold strategy is good, but some will just stay there, no one to help to fry up. |

If u like.centurion...u might also consider wee hur as well the second largeest listed worker dormitory....the new 16800 bed worker.dormitory ...expected turnover.of this worker dormitory same as centurion.revenue in fy 2013..16800*$320*12.......best of it...it land cost.only $1.16mper mth....slow and steady counter with div yield more than 5%... | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
