I thot SGX wants to delist this counter by end of this month. So mgmt will hv to submit proposal before then. Hence, co anytime now will probably release some update. Whatever, since Nav is greater than 0.001, I hope to see offer price is more than this. Else it wont be fair to current shareholders.

I just hope exit offer is 0.002. By right it is not logical to give 0.001 exit offer. But if got 0.001 then I lose on commission only lor. No risk no gain

Appeal usually take two weeks for Sgx to decide and that is final...Sgx will ask them to calculate the amont and gather a meeting with share holders ?...to scold them..

if i am the mgmt/bb, i will wait until there are at least 900mil shares on asking price. cos then i will have 51% of the company. but this scenario is only likely to happen in the last few trading days of the counter. so expect a lot of action next week.

valid. according to FT cacola' s cashflow per share is 2.5p, while tangible book value is 3.9p. these figures are based on the most recent FY 2016 (unaudited). so i will not be surprised if the exit offer will be anywhere from 2p - 3.5p per share. having said that, anything can happen. coz the company will also look at selected closing price in the last 6 months. indeed if i have cash, i will swallow whatever i can buy at 0.001.

My thought is if the exit offer is better than 0.001, no one should be selling at 0.001 If i am the management, i will eat up all the 0.001, so that i can pay less number of shareholders Is my logic valid? |
