Hi All 

I have created a new topic of QT with regards to the " Light at the end of the tunnel"

Definition of value add meaning how to enhance the shareholders value & what can the existing stakeholders or existing management team do to improve their current business model to bring in more revenue so as to  increase their profibility and to reduce overhead/operating costs

 Alert Admin 		My sensing of Kelvin Tong , CFO' s email is to have a gauge on what is the likely percentage of existing shareholders will vote against the requisitioning shareholders' proposal & will then plan how much shares the existing Directors will acquire from the open market to as to fight a sure win battle against MW.

the targeted company is ASIA DENTAL GROUP PTE and not Dental Asia!!!! You can' t even get the company correct and how you know the new acquisition will improve QT' s financial position?

ASIA dental and Dental Asia are totally 2 different companies and they aren' t related!!! you ah... don' t know what to say about you, loss of words..

its the same logic as people who crowdfund for legal fees.. why people need to crowdfund? It' s either one cannot afford it or one feels that it' s not worth it to cough out own money to fund oneself..

such simple logic and you don' t understand. Even directors also not willing to cough out owm money.. hiyah....

 Alert Admin 		If Kelvin Tong is able to convince the existing Directors to acquire more shares in the open market, then likely we will see some movement to QT share prices next week.

This will be very beneficial to the existing shareholders,  as  it will also enhance the shareholders value.

 Alert Admin 		Anyone got a personal email from CFO Kelvin Tong seeking support to vote against MW?s resolution?

Their list not updated coz I ran and sold all my holdings at 0.010 before it dropped back again.

I surprise that they bothered to email small fry like me, means that they are REALLY worried that they may lose their seats since public float now is 80% of the entire company holdings. Time to teach this CEO a lesson for selling ur stake at a high when u know the RTO in 2020 is going to fall thru.
