x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I suspect, under the new management, things will be more stable and predictable.  The role of JEP will becomes that of a sub-contractor to UMS for deals that UMS pulled in (squeezed margin).  Hence, Revenue will increase significantly in a year or so, but profit growth will be much slower. IMO
