x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Swiber is Habes. We all can learn from it. Ezra is the next I suppose as all the tell tale signs are there. These companies till recently are announcing orders just to misguide the investors and then they come up with excuses saying delayed projects. All the ex-directors of Swibers must being questioned. I find it hard for Swiber to revieve under judicial management???

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Has anyone noticed that too many Sg listed companies earned fantastic losses no matter what business they are in, except for a few weel controlled by the state? Sometimes upon meditation for a good cause, I find that many of these directors and friends use the " Koo Loo Chi" strategy.   Suffer in name but prosper in person. This is very chim, and if you analyse it well you will find that every company directors and friends employ this tactic so that they lose alot and aloty. Someone last time was asking, can lose and still profit?   Well that is the secret. Lol.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	in the past I saw a pattern-those with indonesian names eg VDH, L& M prefer the JM way to restructure to sth like 100 shares become 1 share. Swiber must have felt that such hanky panky is not their style. Close shop and pay off debts. This O& G cycle is just like the commodities cycle-gone! Next to collapse are those property counters (none Tripe AAA)  with multi-tier notes, CPS, bonds,  etc paying higher yields than they can sell their units (come to my mind is a Ox......) Not vested in any.

One of the terms in such hundred-million-dollar-contract is the bidder financial capability. No company would award a contract if they have no confidence you can survive through. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I already accept the inevitable, the current JM only benefit the creditors. These big creditors just want to get more out of Swiber, such that they can lose less. As for the investors, we all just have to suffer and lick the wound. There will be nothing left for us..... If anyone have any idea about class action and fight for investors, I will certainly join.....
