Keppel 1Q business update will be announced on Tue, 21 Apr. Investors will be looking to CEO Loh and Chairman Gupta for positive announcements that can help arrest the recent decline in share price. In addition, share buyback activities are expected to resume on that day, which should provide further support to the share price.

The report was published on the SGX website on 13 Apr. On that day, Keppel share price closed at 12.08, five cents lower than the previous close on 12 Apr (12.13). Today, 17 Apr, the share price is trading at around 11.90. This means it has fallen by $0.23 since the report was released. The report from Corporate Monitor has rattled confidence and caused a negative impact on share price. |

CML business model is built on finding red flags. By nature, their reports are designed to be critical & negative. So a 80% filled cup will be framed by them as 20% empty. They look for cracks in the business while the rest of the market is focused on how the business can grow. | ||||

This CML also gave negative remarks to

and Hong Fok corporation previously.
Basically 4 of them . MAK YUEN TEEN, ROHAN KAMIS, TAN YEE PENG
AND YAP WAI MING in CML.

I' ve just email a copy of the report to Keppel' s Investor relatons Managing Director.
Dear Ms. Ivana Chua, I would like to draw your attention to a highly bearish and negative report by Corporate Monitor, recently published on the SGX website under Research and Education &ndash Analyst Research:
As a shareholder of Keppel, I find the report damaging to Keppel&rsquo s reputation, its 2030 Vision, and the integrity of its leadership. I respectfully urge you to scrutinize the findings and claims presented, and to highlight them to Mr. Loh for his attention.
An early reply would be greatly appreciated, as it would provide assurance to long-term investors like myself.

Interesting report ....and a search on this Corporate Monitor shows that it is run by a group of professional ( lawyers etc etc w experiences) ( anyway IF this report is false ....Kep should and would come out to deny it and even sue them....but keeping quiet ) Note previous Muddy water on Olam ( it is silent by Temasek ) ...and went away. Important point for us investor is to review Kep business and what is the actual value ...is it worth the $12+ today ....what would happen after Xd and more so in the mths to come . Can it afford this level of dividend ? AUM is truely USEFUL if invested w good returns . Your guess is as good as mine. DYODD please

Cannot believed this Coporate Monitor Limited.
They don't know indepth of Keppel.
Few listed companies also reported wrongly and not accurate at all.

01:49 AM EDT, 04/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Keppel (SGX:BN4) said its infrastructure division has secured a chilled water supply contract from Singapore's Housing & Development Board, according to a company release on Thursday.
The project includes the design, installation and operation of centralized cooling systems at nine upcoming build-to-order projects in Tengah. Under the 20-year contract, roughly 10,000 households within Tengah's Brickland, Park and Forest Hill districts can engage Keppel to provide chilled water to cool their homes. Following this contract and together with an earlier contract, around 14,000 households across 12 projects in Tengah will have access to the energy efficient cooling system, the release said. |
